Eating Healthy Now a “Mental Disorder”
In what is very clearly a last ditch attempt to maintain profits and financial control, psychiatry has invented yet another new “disorder.” This psychological problem targets healthy eating and a disgust for chemically processed and highly toxic food.
In this blatant ploy to stop the growing trend toward healthy foods and away from fast food, Psychiatry has launched a campaign trying to paint healthy as wrong. But what could be bad about eating healthy, nutritious, wholesome foods full of the vitamins and nutrients your body needs?
“Orthorexia nervosa,” is the new term defined as, “a pathological obsession for biologically pure and healthy nutrition.” This means that if you prefer fresh veggies to chemically processed food full of cancer-producing toxins and GMO ingredients then you’re sick. If you choose healthy meals or organic food over McDonald’s, you need help. If you are concerned with good nutrition and taking care of your body, you should be medicated.
But we all know that’s not true. The money ploy could not be clearer than if psychiatrists were flashing a neon sign. What is their solution for every “disorder?” Medication. That same medication that is in direct opposition with aiding your body in a drug-free and natural way. And the field of psychiatry has strong ties with the pharmaceutical industry that makes the drugs to “treat” the disorders.
In an attempt to make healthy people look bad, Thomas Dunn, associate professor of Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado said the disorder is, “linked to people who are trying to be as healthy as they can be.”
If you believe that line, you will be prescribed pharmaceutical drugs known to be highly toxic with a list of side effects a mile long, those same toxins you’re trying to avoid by eating healthy.
Psychiatry publishes the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) which is somewhat regarded as their bible of disorders. Orthorexia must be too new to have made it into there yet, but when it is, we’ll be able to see all the ways that our healthy and life-saving lifestyle is “bad”.
So while the money-hungry corporations are trying one more way to control the population, don’t be fooled by this seemingly authentic disorder. The mental illness is as fake as a McDonald’s chicken nugget.
